Known issue on legacy macOS

There is a known issue on legacy macOS versions that can cause this page to appear by mistake in DockLock Plus. A fix in DockLock Plus v2.1.1 is currently under Apple Review. If you are affected, please contact support@docklock.pro.

macOS graphics diagnostics

This warning may appear when macOS graphics diagnostics are enabled. If you enabled graphics diagnostics for troubleshooting or development, disable them using the same method you used to enable them, restart your Mac, and open DockLock again.

Only change this setting if you enabled it yourself. If you did not enable graphics diagnostics, do not change unfamiliar system settings. Continue with the checks below and contact support.

What to do next

If the warning remains after disabling graphics diagnostics, or if you never enabled them, contact support@docklock.pro. I will investigate and help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Delete the affected app and download a fresh copy from the official links on the main page. Avoid using the affected copy until the cause is understood.

If you recently used a cleanup or optimizer tool on DockLock Apps, delete the app and install a fresh copy from the Mac App Store, then exclude it from future cleanups so this issue does not come back.
