Due to sandboxing limitations on macOS 10.10–10.13, DockLock Lite cannot access the required system APIs to control the Dock. To restore full functionality on these versions, please download and install the DockLock Lite Helper tool.
The helper runs as an unsandboxed helper app and provides the missing APIs to DockLock Lite, enabling it to lock and move the Dock on older macOS releases.
Note: macOS 10.14 and later are supported natively by the Mac App Store version of DockLock Plus and do not require the helper.
Support for the helper app begins in DockLock Lite v1.3.8 and later.
After downloading, unzip the file and launch the DockLock Lite Helper application. The helper will move itself into DockLock Lite’s container automatically. Once installed, you can launch DockLock Lite to control the Dock on macOS 10.10–10.13.
